Salam Semua, (macam lah ado org baco deyan  punyo blog nih... keh keh keh)
just finishing workout deyan with jillian michaels... jangan x caya...
instructor deyan Jillian Michaels taw...

timbang berat badan lh der..... what lh uolls nih....

berat deyan ado lh dlm 81.0 kg.... (.0kg tuh pentings taw... psl 81 sharp... x ado gram2 yer...) 


so meaning that 10kgs more to loose by end of this year.... doa2kn lah deyan yer....


nak bukti ker deyan dh 81??? 
ishh.... malu lah...kang orang kato deyan nih masuk bakul angkek sendiri... kompom jatuh tergolek2...

nk kul 11 dah der....
